1. Registration Confirmation

Upon successful payment, participants will receive a registration confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of registration.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@confcoll.com and will be considered effective from the date of receipt.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the event without prior written cancellation (“no-shows”) is not eligible for a refund.

4. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted in writing at least 5 days prior to the event.

5. Event Postponement or Cancellation by ConfColl

In the unlikely event that ConfColl cancels or reschedules an event:

ConfColl is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

7. Policy Modifications

ConfColl reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website, and continued registration for events implies acceptance of the revised terms.
